Before we begin, I want to make sure we're on the same page and that you understand my terms of service.As a digital artist, I take pride in my work and strive to provide the best possible experience for my clients. I'm here to help bring your unique vision to life.
To ensure our collaboration runs smoothly and that we're both satisfied with the final result, I have a few terms of service that I ask my clients to follow.
These terms are in place to protect both of our interests and to ensure we have a clear understanding of what to expect throughout the commission process.

General

My specialty lies in anime-inspired art with a slight touch of semi-realism, using simple backgrounds or solid colors with cute little details that represent or reflect the characters included.
I'm totally open to exploring different styles, but please understand that doing so may take me more time than usual, as I'll need to gather more references and work harder to create exactly what you're looking for.

Payment methods

Payments will be converted into BRL when received, but you are free to pay in any currency, as VGen & Paypal will automatically convert it for you.A full upfront payment or a 50% deposit is required before I start your commission.
This is to ensure security for both the artist and the client. I want to confirm the payment before starting to avoid wasted time or any suspicious activity from the client's side.
The 50% payment option is available for the same reason.

Revisions

I make a point of providing regular updates during each stage of the process because I believe transparency is essential for delivering the best results to my clients.
This helps to avoid major revisions.However, if any major revision requires me to completely redo a stage of the process, an additional fee of 30% per redone stage will be charged.

Deadlines & Delivery

In addition to commissions, I also work with the production of amigurumis to ensure a stable income, so it might take a bit longer to finish your piece than it would otherwise.Most illustrations take one to two weeks to complete. PNGTubers usually take two weeks to one month, depending on complexity. These timelines may vary, but already include time dedicated to my fixed work schedule.Deadlines are defined per client. If you have a specific deadline, please mention it in the request form.
All deadlines will be respected unless an unavoidable and serious life event occurs, in which case you will be notified.
Such events include hospitalizations, family emergencies, and deaths.If you need your commission to be delivered sooner than the standard timeframe, a rush fee will be applied to compensate for lost income from other responsibilities. This fee will vary depending on how fast you need your commission completed.

Commercial Use

Commercial use (streaming and content creation) is included in your purchase.
The fee for merchandising is optional but will require a 100% surcharge on the final commission price.

Intellectual Property Rights

I retain shared rights to the artwork.
I may use your commission as promotional material and portfolio for future work.
Please indicate in the request form whether you agree to having WIPs (work in progress) shared on social media while I work on your project, or if you prefer I only post them and the final piece after completion.

Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable if the project is already in progress.If you’re unhappy with the result, if I’m unable to complete the commission, or if there are excessive delays, you may request a 50% refund for commissions already in progress.If I haven’t started your project yet and you decide to cancel it, a full 100% refund will be issued upon request.

Communication

Communication will be conducted through DMs on your preferred social platform.
Although I’m active on all channels listed in the form, I’m most active on Discord, and highly recommend using it if possible.I’ll provide regular updates during every step of the process. These updates may include screenshots and/or low-resolution watermarked videos to avoid potential suspicious activity.
